    1. Hi everyone, I wanted to post a proper update because, quite clearly, I've been very quiet since a few months. Recently, I started a new job and, it's been taking up most of my time. So I haven't been able to keep up with rquickshare the way that I'd like, issues have piled up…

    4. Just installed this piece of software on my Debian 12 machine and I love it! Sharing files between it and my Pixel phone just works! However, I would like the window to follow system theme, which is in my case dark. The window stays light and that's a bit distracting when it's…

    6. Currently, it seems that it's only possible to send files. I tried drag-and-dropping a link from browser URL bar to the interface, but it just loaded that URL in the app (and there appears to be no way to escape that other than restarting the app). I also tried pasting the copied…

    7. Sequoia 15.5 on Macbook Pro and Pixel 9 Pro on Android 16 - devices never show up when trying to share in either direction. Pixel sharing is set to Everyone. Same wifi network, Bluetooth on, sitting about 6 inches from each other. Are there any logs I could share?

    8. First of all: this app is amazing thank so much for your effort. I have two features to suggest, that to my eyes would make the app simply perfect: When sending a link: automatically open it into the browser. When sending text: automatically copy it to clipboard. Hope you may…

    9. Are there any plans to implement QR scanning with the camera? I see that the Quick Share app offers this method as an option, or is it not possible for some reason?

    10. Would be great to have this setting to enable running the app in the background all the time without having to see the Dock icon.

    11. being able to use rquickshare /path/to/file to automatically select the file for sharing instead of dropping it onto the window or picking it through a portal can significantly increase OS integration and greatly improve the usage experience

    14. Now that Quick Share interoperates with Apple AirDrop on newer Android phones (Pixel 10, and rolling out to Samsung Galaxy S25/S26 via One UI 8.5, plus OPPO/OnePlus/Vivo/Xiaomi/HONOR), it would be great if rquickshare could gain the same iOS/macOS (AirDrop) compatibility — i.e.…
