How do I install MangoJuice on CachyOS?

Run this in a terminal, then open MangoJuice from your app menu:

sudo pacman -S mangojuice

mangojuice is in the cachyos repo, the CachyOS project's own package repository, so pacman installs it directly with no AUR helper and no build script. The package is signed with the CachyOS repository key, and pacman checks the signature before it installs.

What should I do after installing MangoJuice?

  1. Open MangoJuice from your app menu.
  2. Or run mangojuice in a terminal.
  3. Run pacman -Qi mangojuice to see the installed version and the optional dependencies.

How do I update or remove MangoJuice?

Update:

sudo pacman -Syu

Remove:

sudo pacman -Rns mangojuice

    Is MangoJuice in the official CachyOS repo?

    Yes. The mangojuice package is in the cachyos repo, version 1.0.0-1, built 2026-08-13. Install it with sudo pacman -S mangojuice.

    Do I need an AUR helper for MangoJuice?

    No. It comes from the cachyos repo, so plain pacman installs and updates it, and sudo pacman -Syu keeps it current.
