How do I install Euro Office on CachyOS?

Run this in a terminal, then open Euro Office from your app menu:

sudo pacman -S euro-office-bin

euro-office-bin is in the cachyos repo, the CachyOS project's own package repository, so pacman installs it directly with no AUR helper and no build script. The package is signed with the CachyOS repository key, and pacman checks the signature before it installs.

What should I do after installing Euro Office?

  1. Open Euro Office from your app menu.
  2. Or run euro-office-euro-office in a terminal.
  3. Run pacman -Qi euro-office-bin to see the installed version and the optional dependencies.

How do I update or remove Euro Office?

Update:

sudo pacman -Syu

Remove:

sudo pacman -Rns euro-office-bin

    Yes. The euro-office-bin package is in the cachyos repo, version 9.3.6-1, built 2026-10-25. Install it with sudo pacman -S euro-office-bin.

    Do I need an AUR helper for Euro Office?
