Is Oh My Zsh in the official CachyOS repo?

Yes. The oh-my-zsh-git package is in the cachyos repo, version r7823.b37dd49ca-1, built 2026-07-23. Install it with sudo pacman -S oh-my-zsh-git.

Do I need an AUR helper for Oh My Zsh?

No. It comes from the cachyos repo, so plain pacman installs and updates it, and sudo pacman -Syu keeps it current.
